Payment & Delivery Terms

All service requests must be accompanied by a confirmed payment (either full or deposit, as agreed). Final documents, designs, or deliverables will only be handed over once payment is completed in full. ProBiz Services reserves the right to cancel or delay services if payment terms are not met.
 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ProBiz Services, we are committed to providing professional and timely service. However, due to the nature of our administrative and creative services, time and resources are invested once work begins. Therefore, the following policy applies:

1. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service within 24 hours of making payment to receive a partial refund (please see below).

After 24 hours, cancellations are non-refundable, especially if work has already commenced.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

2. Refunds

A 50% refund is available if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours and work has not started.

No refunds will be issued for:

Completed services.

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required documents or information.

Change of mind after work has started or delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Any third-party payments made on behalf of the client (e.g., government fees, printing, delivery) are strictly non-refundable.
